QLD Motorway Toll Payments
If you want to pay for your toll with cash, get a go viavideo pass. These can be purchased from us. These passes are available for use on the Gateway and Logan motorways only.
If you've set-up your Govia account online or over the phone and want to pay cash/card in person, Govia will mail you a go via account card, which you will need to use for your initial prepayment at our store.
The go via retail network covers Queensland and northern New South Wales.
If you are a go via account customer you can complete the following at a our store:
Make your initial prepayment on your go via account
top up your account ($1.03 top-up fee applies for each transaction)
If you are planning to travel occasionally (less than once a month) on the Gateway or Logan motorways you can purchase a go viavideo pass. Please note for these products a $1.03 retailer fee applies for each pass and $0.41 video matching fee applies per toll point.
There are two types of go viavideo passes which can be purchased from us. Video Passes purchased at our store are valid for Gateway and Logan motorways only.
Clem 7 and Go Between Bridge Users
Tolls for travel on the Go Between Bridge must be paid prior to or within 3 days of using the tollway. If you don't have an account or Pass, a Toll Notice will be issued. If this is unpaid by the due date, a Reminder Notice will be issued. If payment is still not paid, a Demand Notice will be sent to the registered car owner.
